Return & Exchange

At Zahia, we want every scent to feel like it’s truly yours. If your perfume isn’t the right match, no worries — we’ve got you covered.

 

✅ Returns

  • You may return any full-size perfume within 5 days of receiving your order — even if it’s simply because you didn’t like the scent.

  • Returned items must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging (outer box, protective seals, etc.).

  • If you’re returning because you didn’t like the scent, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

🔄 Exchanges

  • You may exchange within the 5-day return window for another scent or product of equal value.

  • If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

 

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement and pick-up of the incorrect/damaged item.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Samples (5ml/trial sizes) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Opened or used full-size perfumes that are not in good condition cannot be returned.
