At Zahia, we want every scent to feel like it’s truly yours. If your perfume isn’t the right match, no worries — we’ve got you covered.
You may return any full-size perfume within 5 days of receiving your order — even if it’s simply because you didn’t like the scent.
Returned items must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging (outer box, protective seals, etc.).
If you’re returning because you didn’t like the scent, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You may exchange within the 5-day return window for another scent or product of equal value.
If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a free replacement and pick-up of the incorrect/damaged item.
Samples (5ml/trial sizes) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Opened or used full-size perfumes that are not in good condition cannot be returned.

Our customer care team will guide you through the process and arrange pick-up if applicable.
