Our main Eau de Parfum range is available in 50ml and 100ml, depending on the fragrance. Selected scents also come in 5ml minis, ideal for trying a fragrance or carrying it with you. How long do Zahia perfumes last, and does longevity vary by scent?
Yes, each fragrance wears differently. As a guide, Powder Musk lasts approximately 5–6 hours, Floral Desire around 6–7 hours, and Vanilla Latte and Amber Noir around 7–9 hours. These are estimates: skin type, weather, application and daily activity can affect how long you notice a fragrance. A softer scent may also stay closer to your skin rather than project strongly.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum, perfume oil and dry body oil?
Eau de Parfum is a spray fragrance designed primarily to perfume your skin. Perfume oil is a concentrated, alcohol-free fragrance applied in small amounts for a more intimate scent experience. Dry body oil is a moisturizing body product that adds fragrance, softness and a healthy-looking glow.

What is the difference between Powder Musk and White Musk?
Powder Musk is soft, cozy and powdery, combining musk with jasmine, rose, vanilla, amber and sandalwood. It has a gentle, close-to-the-skin character.
White Musk feels fresher and more floral, blending musk with jasmine, violet and rose. Choose Powder Musk for comforting softness, or White Musk for a brighter, more lively interpretation of musk.

Apply perfume to clean, moisturized skin, focusing on areas such as your wrists and neck. Let it dry naturally without rubbing. For layering, start with a small amount of dry body oil, allow it to absorb, then apply your perfume. How do I use Zahia’s dry body oils, and can I layer them with perfume?
Massage a small amount onto clean body skin, ideally after showering, and allow it to absorb before dressing. Our dry body oils are moisturizing and fast-absorbing, leaving skin soft with a healthy-looking glow and a scented finish. Wear them alone or layer with perfume—for example, Vanilla Latte dry body oil with Vanilla Latte Eau de Parfum.
What does Zahia’s brow soap do, and how do I choose my shade?
Zahia’s brow soap is a tinted brow styling wax that shapes, lifts and holds brow hairs while helping fill the appearance of sparse areas. It offers up to 12 hours of hold and comes in Brown and Black.
Choose Brown for a softer finish on brown brows, or Black for deeper definition on darker brows. Lightly dampen the spoolie, pick up a small amount of product and brush your brows into your preferred shape.

Does Zahia deliver across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria and other governorates?
Yes. We deliver across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta governorates, Upper Egypt and Matruh. Enter your full address and a reachable phone number at checkout so we can arrange delivery. Writing your address in Arabic, where possible, helps the courier locate you more easily.
Does Zahia ship internationally to Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Standard delivery fees start at EGP 63 for Cairo and Giza and reach EGP 110 for Matruh, with the applicable fee shown at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and up to five working days for other cities. These are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays or courier delays. One-hour delivery carries an additional fee.
Which areas qualify for Zahia’s one-hour delivery?
One-hour delivery is available in selected areas of New Cairo, Rehab, Zamalek, Mohandessin, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October. Enter your address at checkout to check availability and the additional delivery fee for your location.
Can I return or exchange a perfume if I don’t like the scent?
Yes. Eligible full-size perfumes can be returned or exchanged within five days of delivery in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, even if the scent isn’t your match. The perfume must be in excellent condition and in its original packaging. Customers cover return shipping for scent-preference returns, and any price difference applies when exchanging.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within three days of delivery at zynah@fustany.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free replacement and pickup of the affected item.
