✅ Returns: You may return any full-size perfume within 5 days of receiving your order — even if it’s simply because you didn’t like the scent.

Returned items must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging (outer box, protective seals, etc.).

If you’re returning because you didn’t like the scent, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges: You may exchange within the 5-day return window for another scent or product of equal value.

If the new item is higher in value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a free replacement and pick-up of the incorrect/damaged item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items: Samples (5ml/trial sizes) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Opened or used full-size perfumes that are not in good condition cannot be returned.
